As a Cub Scout, you do your best and you help others. As a Pack, I believe it is very important that we reach out to the community around us to help others at all times. One opportunity we have to help local children is to help pack food/supplies and donate to The Children’s Hunger Project.
One of our scouting parents brought this opportunity to our attention and once we get more information on visiting the facility and volunteering our time, we will share this information everyone.
In the meantime, supplies they are in need of are:
- tooth brushes
- razors
- shaving cream
- soap
- sewing kits
- shampoo
- body wash
- lotion
- feminine needs
All of these items can be found at the Dollar Store.
